We are a friendly community that loves Pilates! Leading group classes in Dover and the surrounding areas, Michelle’s Mat Pilates Classes cater to all skill levels – with modifications and progressions demonstrated, allowing you to proceed at your own comfortable pace. The sessions place a significant emphasis on alignment, joint mobility, core strength, and balance. The exercises are meticulously crafted to effectively strengthen, lengthen, and balance your entire body.
As we near the conclusion of each session, we transition into a soothing stretch, followed by a bonus guided meditation to leave you feeling energised and with a calmer mind.
All you need to participate is motivation and a mat. (Mats can be provided subject to availability) You will need to be able to kneel and rise from the floor independently. To reap the rewarding benefits Pilates brings, you will benefit from committing to regular practice.
Pre-booking online is essential as spaces are limited. During the booking process, you will be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire so I can determine any risk factors before starting the class. This form is to be updated yearly.
