Group Mat Pilates Classes
My Mat Pilates Classes cater to individuals of all skill levels, with modifications and progressions demonstrated throughout the sessions, allowing you to proceed at your own comfortable pace. The sessions place a significant emphasis on alignment, joint mobility, core strength, and balance. The exercises are meticulously crafted to effectively strengthen, stretch, and align the entire body.
As we near the conclusion of each session, we transition into a soothing stretch, followed by a bonus guided meditation. Participants should be capable of independently getting on and off the floor, and are encouraged to bring their own mat and a small towel (mats can be borrowed based on availability). Prior to joining the class, completion of a confidential health questionnaire is mandatory.
