How to book Pilates Classes Online

✨To streamline the Pilates Class booking process, I now require all future bookings to be made through my online booking page. This change aims to simplify things, as managing paper-based bookings was becoming increasingly challenging. If you encounter any issues with the new system, please feel free to reach out to me. I believe this automated approach will be more convenient for everyone, eliminating the need for back-and-forth invoicing like the old method. You can create an account and receive class reminders, check the status of your Passes and even transfer to another class or cancel a class (no less than 24 hrs before session start time).

✨To book a class head over to the Booking Page https://bookwhen.com/ppilates, Select the class you wish to attend from the online schedule list, and view the details. Scroll to the bottom and click the ‘Select’ button. You can book a ‘Single Ticket’ or a ‘Block of 4 Pass’ (4 for the price of 3). If you’re booking a Pass, first click ‘Select’ then click on the ‘Block of 4’ link underneath. Choose your remaining sessions when you like (within 42 days); the booking system will remember you have a Pass and deduct the free session. Follow the steps to the payment page and you will receive a booking confirmation once payment is made. Payment can be made with Visa/ Mastercard.

During the process you will be asked to complete and submit a confidential PAR-Q form*. The form is to be renewed yearly so if you have already completed one in the last year then skip this step).

To open the Par-Q form on your mobile device, press and hold the form link to see the options ‘open in new tab’. If on a laptop, right click to ‘open in new tab’ Once submitted, you can close this page to return to the booking platform.

*The purpose of Par-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is to identify any medical conditions that may place a customer at risk when participating in certain activities and help assist me in designing an exercise programme that includes safe activities and/or appropriate modifications.
