Unlike traditional athletic tape, RockTape kinesiology tape mimics the elasticity of human skin, offering stretch and prolonged support for optimal performance. Its super-sticky design ensures it stays put, whether you’re going for a walk or running a marathon.
RockTape Benefits:
Promotes recovery by lifting the skin, reducing pain, swelling, and tightness.
Improves fluid, mechanical, and neurological systems for better movement.
Delays fatigue and enhances awareness of targeted areas.
RockTape is a trusted solution for sports and non-sports injuries, including shin splints, plantar fasciitis, runner’s knee, and back pain. Stretchier, stickier, and stronger than competitors, it’s the preferred choice for athletes and medical professionals worldwide.
How RockTape works?
When applied correctly, the tape lifts the skin away from the muscle, which promotes positive changes in the body’s fluid, mechanical and neurological systems. Rocktape helps to reduce pain, swelling and tightness, providing greater awareness of the area and later onset of fatigue.
Tips for applying RockTape:
1. Before applying RockTape, make sure your skin is dry, clean, and free of oil, sweat, and lotion. You can also trim any excess hair.
2. Put your body in a position that stretches the muscle, tendon, or joint you want to tape.
3. Round the corners of the tape to prevent it from catching on clothing or gear
4. Apply one end of the tape with no stretch
5. Peel away the backing paper and lay the tape without stretching it
6. Rub the tape to activate the adhesive
7. If needed, you can apply a second strip of tape perpendicular to the first.
8. Repeat
9. For additional support, you can repeat the application, slightly overlapping the first application.
