I teach group Mat Pilates classes in Dover, Kent, designed specifically to help you get stronger, ease pain, increase flexibility and mobility and feel good again, no matter where you’re starting from.

But this is more than just Pilates. By blending my expertise as a Pilates instructor and Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I help you connect your body and mind, creating lasting results that go beyond the mat.

And if you’re recovering from injury, have limited mobility, or simply prefer a more gentle seated option, my Chair Pilates classes offer an inclusive way to move, connect, and build strength while making friendships along the way.
