I’m excited to introduce my new Pilates ABC (Align Balance Core) class routine, starting this week! These classes are thoughtfully crafted to suit all abilities, with modifications demonstrated to ensure everyone can participate and benefit.
In this video, I’m sharing a sneak peek of some of the exercises we’ll be exploring. We’ll continue to apply all the fundamental Pilates principles as we target every major muscle group, with special emphasis on the ‘Powerhouse’—the core of your strength and the foundation of all movement. Expect to challenge your coordination and enhance your proprioception, becoming more in tune with the space around you.
Together, we’ll explore new shapes that your body loves to move through, creating space to decompress the spine, release stiffness, and restore fluidity. Each session will wrap up with a short guided meditation to calm and refresh both body and mind.
